Diane joined Midland Trust Company in 2019 and serves as Senior Trust Officer & Regional Manager – Trust Services, supporting our New York office. She specializes in Special Needs Trusts and works with the New York State Indemnity Fund and Estate Administration. With almost a decade of combined experience handling life insurance trusts, managed trusts and retirement plans, Diane adds expertise in both trust administration and retirement planning. She received her BA from Rutgers University and JD from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she concentrated in both business administration law and elder law. Diane is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester County and is a board member of the Mahwah Schools Foundation and the Ramapo Ridge Middle School Home School Organization.
