Kevin Smith

Kevin serves as Trust Administrator for Midland Trust Company out of our Chicago office. In his current role, he supports Trust Officers in guiding beneficiaries and families through the trust administration process and specializes in special/supplemental needs trusts. Kevin joined Midland Wealth Management in 2020 and in his prior role as Trust Operations Specialist, he was responsible for unique asset management.

Kevin brings over 10 years’ experience in financial services including program management within government, non-profit and Fortune 500 organizations. Previously as Benefits Specialist, he gained special needs experience and understanding through client management and counseling while leading the financial literacy component of a state-funded grant through the Department of Education. Kevin is a graduate of Concordia University - Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Communications.
